1. Mission Impossible


Mission Impossible has proved to be one of our most popular outdoor activities; it can be adapted to suit any venue and offers both fun and challenging outdoor team tasks that facilitate effective teamwork. One member takes the challenge to finish the task and will be tied with safety harness and drop in the horizontal manner in the middle of the circular area. Now the team members have to handle the person and help him pick the object laid down on the ground.

2. Sheep and Shepherd


Sheep and Shepherd is a fun Loving and Communication based activity conducted after the proper planning and Strategy design to achieve a task in minimum time period without any mistakes. The teams are divided into two groups one is shepherd and the others are sheep, they are blindfolded and with non human language shepherd has to interact with sheep and guide to finish the task.

3. Spider Web:


To safeguard your team, you need to escape through the spider’s web. This game involves passing people through the spider’s web without touching the strands of the web. The group has to decide from which strand they will escape to the other side and start the activity. This activity requires team work, trust and good coordination.

4. Multi way Tug of War:


It is a fun, physically demanding, competitive team activity where several teams pull against each other. It requires communication and tactics as well as strength to win this task. Teams attempt to pull the centre ring or knot over their finish line. This requires great strength and strategy to win the task.

5. Phoenix:


Phoenix is a suitable game for team building where proper communication is required in order to achieve the task. A rope is tied in middle of 14ft long stretch. Team will be standing at one end and has to reach the other end. Everyone has to communicate with each other in order to complete the task.

6. Treasure Hunt:


A treasure hunt is one of many different types of games which can have one or more players who try to find hidden articles, locations or places by using a series of clues. Treasure hunt games may be an indoor or outdoor activity which requires mental agility and good team communication.

7. Pipeline:


Pipeline is a fast paced activity in which each participant gets one gutter or half pipe tubing. The object is to move a marble or assorted size balls using lengths of guttering from point A to point B without dropping them. One has to be really very careful in order to pass the marble from one end to another, if the marble falls down the team has to begin the activity from the beginning.

8. Traffic Jam:


Traffic Jam is a real, “Brain Buster” that requires much thinking and communication. This exercise is very similar to a human chess game. Group members are split in 2 groups and have to cross each other in this challenge based Team Building activity. Cooperation and planning are essential to complete this task.

9. Mine Field:


Mine Field is a popular and engaging game involving communication and trust.  The task is very flexible, works for groups of various types and sizes, few minutes are given to discuss how they will go forward with the task. Later one person guides the other who is blindfolded and he has to finish the task without touching the mine laid down on the ground.

10. Key Punch:


Key Punch is an activity which requires good communication and skill among the team members. One member has to punch one number at a time and they have to do this till the last number. The team wins who takes the least time.

11. Blind fold Square:


Blind fold square needs good command from the leader and basic planning before starting the activity. Small group is blindfolded and given a length of rope, then asked to form a square with the rope with the leader’s command who is not blindfolded.

12. Survival Task:


Survival task is a classic group communication & decision making exercise.  People get intensely engaged because the “survival stakes” are high and none of the decisions are easy.

13. Egg Drop:


Small groups design an egg package to save the egg from breaking when dropped from a certain height. Each group is given approx. 4 straws, masking tape, egg and any other item for creating the egg package. One can use only natural materials to pack the egg.

14. Human Knot:

Standing in a circle, group members reach across and grab other participant’s hands. The group then tries to unravel the “human knot” by untangling themselves without letting go of each other’s hands. If anyone breaks the knot in between then the entire team has to begin the task from the start.

15. Group Skip:


Two members are asked to hold the rope from both the ends and the remaining team has to jump at a moment so that they are not stuck and touch the rope. It is a fun and Team Building activity which requires proper coordination and communication within the team.
